Ways to contribute

In-Kind/Non-Cash Gifts

The Saint Paul College Foundation accepts non-cash gifts, generally known as in-kind contributions. These contributions are very valuable to the programs at Saint Paul College. Products, materials, services and supplies are instrumental in educating tomorrow’s workforce. If a donor is interested in making an in-kind contribution to the Saint Paul College Foundation, the following steps must be completed before acceptance:

  1. Contribution letter of intent;
  2. Contribution must be recorded at current market value by an outside resource;
  3. Completed IRS form #8853;
  4. Foundation in-kind gifts acceptance form — to be completed by college instructors; and
  5. Completed Contact Information Form — available though the college instructors.

The Saint Paul College Foundation will acknowledge all in-kind contributions. Each acknowledgement letter will contain an itemized list of the products donated with no value placed. The Saint Paul College Foundation appreciates each gift made that supports, “Education For Employment … Education For Life!”
