Saint Paul College is centrally located and convenient to get to, whether you’re driving or coming by bus. Our campus is located in the heart of Saint Paul’s Cathedral Hill on the corner of John Ireland Boulevard and Kellogg Avenue. We are just blocks from the State Capitol, History Center, downtown Saint Paul and numerous coffee shops, great restaurants and the Xcel Energy Center, home of the Minnesota Wild.

How to get to Saint Paul College


Coming from the South (35E)

Take Kellogg Exit, turn left, continue to John Ireland Boulevard, turn left at the traffic light, continue to Marshall Avenue, turn right.

Coming from the North (35E to I-94W) or from the East (I-94W)

Take the Marion Street Exit, turn left passing over the freeway, continue on Kellogg Boulevard to John Ireland Boulevard, turn right at the traffic light, continue to Marshall Avenue, turn right.

Coming from the West (I-94E)

Take Marion Street Exit, at top of the exit ramp take a right onto Kellogg Boulevard, turn right at traffic light onto John Ireland Boulevard, continue to Marshall Avenue, turn right.

Bus information

The College is also easy to reach by bus. Routes 21 and 65 service the College directly. Other routes drop off passengers within walking distance of the College. Please call Metro Transit at 612.373.3333 or visit www.metrocouncil.org for information on what bus route to take.

Parking at Saint Paul College


Restricted Street Parking

Restricted street parking around the College is enforced by the City of Saint Paul. A resident permit is required to park on certain streets and other streets have 2 hour parking limits. Violators parking in restricted areas will be ticketed and fined by the City of Saint Paul. View map of street parking restrictions.

Visitor Parking

Metered parking is available at the main entrance. Daily parking is available for $3.00 in the lot west of the building.

Student & Staff Parking

Parking Policy

It is mandatory for all motor vehicles parked on Saint Paul College campus by faculty, staff, and students to have a registered parking permit, including vehicles parked in Handicapped stalls. Parking permits allow parking in designated campus parking lots or other parking areas within the lot. All violators will be ticketed.

Regulations

All persons operating a vehicle on campus are responsible for being familiar with, and complying with, all traffic and parking regulations. A complete list of parking violations and parking policy may be obtained from the Office of Safety & Security on the ground floor. Saint Paul College assumes no liability for care of, damage to, and/or protection of any vehicle or its contents at any time while it is operated on or parked on the campus property. Possession of a parking permit does not reserve nor guarantee a parking space.
